Spaces Available For Rent

We don’t allow sharing of spaces.  Your space is yours and no one else’s.  Rest assured that no one else will take your spot  when you aren’t looking.

We don’t require any long term leases.  All of our leases are month to month, meaning we only need 30 days’ notice if you plan on moving out.

We want your business to thrive.  You are welcome to sell your products.  We won’t get in your way.

We provide certain back bar supplies at no extra charge to you.

We have your towels, aprons, and smocks laundered and returned back to you each week.

Be your own boss and take control of your business. Set your own schedule and come and go as you please.

Unlimited wireless internet?  You betcha.

We keep things locked up tight when the lights go out. 

Reap the benefits of the walk-in traffic,  including all the people visiting the DMV a few doors down from us.
